Privacy Notice

RACKED Performance is operated by Jax Rataczak, an individual trading as RACKED Performance. For the personal data described here, Jax Rataczak is the data controller. Contact: rackedperformance@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Account data — email address and login credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). Used to create and secure your account and give you access to what you bought. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Training information you enter — age, sex, height, weight, experience, equipment, goals, schedule, and any performance numbers. Used solely to generate and save your program. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Purchase records — order status, amount, currency, and the payment provider's transaction reference. Used to unlock your program, show receipts, and handle refunds. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — what you send us by email. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, and fixing problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your training information for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of programs, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds.
• Service providers — hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Professional advisers — legal or accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Retention

Account, program, and order records are kept while your account is active. Delete your account from the account page and your programs and assessment answers are deleted with it. Purchase records may be retained for up to seven years where tax or accounting law requires it, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, ask for a copy of it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email rackedperformance@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself at any time.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls that restrict each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential cookies and browser storage — to keep you signed in and to carry your checkout through payment. We do not use advertising cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to process your payment. You can clear these in your browser settings, but you may then be signed out.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
